[cctbxbb] Boost broken on mac?

Removing only the -ffast-math flag (i.e. running with -O3 flag) does the trick - the tests that were previously failing now pass. I propose to remove this flag for the mac branch of the libtbx/SConscript, then at least we will have working mac builds again.
