[cctbxbb] status of mmtbx/phenix.molprobity

Hi Marcin,

if something is in the cctbx then it is open source and can be used by 
anyone. It is possible there are some dependencies of course, but the 
core molprobity program are all open source as well.

So I would say the answer is yes, you can use it.
