[cctbxbb] Next conda version?

Hi Luc,

I just made the release for 2022.8 so the next one is about a month away. I
can make a point release (2022.8.1) with your bug fix if you want. I can
wait a few days to see if anyone else wants anything updated as well.
Otherwise, I can do it at the end of this week.
