<p>It would appear that the URL in cctbx_project\iotbx\pdb\fetch.py for fetching fasta files has been changed by RCSB. So fetch.py therefore downloads garbage when trying to download a fasta file. The correct URL is not documented by RCSB but can be inferred from the RCSB web site when downloading a fasta file. I've updated the URL in fetch.py accordingly.</p>
