Hi all,
I could not quite find an answer in the on-line documentation:
- How does phenix.refine use ncs restraints? Does it use xyz or torsion 
angle restraints?
- Can one define the tightness of the ncs restraints?
- Can one put different restraints on mainchain and sidechain atoms?
