[phenixbb] Problem with BOOST_ADAPTBX_FPE_DEFAULT and BOOST_ADAPTBX_SIGNALS_DEFAULT

Hi Sam,

This type of problem is really hard to debug since it totally depends on
your platform and I only have very limited information.

What platform do you have exactly?
Possible commands to find out:

  uname -a
  cat /etc/*-release
