I think the "Floating point exception" is the problem here, but there isn't
enough information to tell me exactly what's breaking.  My best guess is
that it's some kind of binary incompatibility - we switched computers for
the x86_64 installer shortly after releasing version 1.6, which has caused
one or two other problems on assorted flavors of Linux.  (And I think SuSE
has been a source of trouble in the past.)  I would recommend installing
from source:

https://www.phenix-online.org/download/phenix/source/

It takes several hours to build, so if you have multiple processors/cores,
we recommend adding "--nproc=X" (were X = number of processes to run
simultaneously) to the install command to speed it up.
