[phenixbb] "Open in Coot" not working on 1.6.1-357

What is the path of coot on your computer?  You may need to enter it in the
preferences (under "Graphics").

Sidenote: Open in Pymol does not work when opening from phenix, It gives
> some kind of error in phenix.

I need the bug report to do this - "some kind of error" is not enough
information to debug.
