[phenixbb] "Open in Coot" not working on 1.6.1-357

Could this be a gtk issue of some sort?

To narrow the linux problem down, I'm seeing this specifically on CentOS
4.8, both 32 and 64-bit, and I recall Paul Emsley mentioning problems
creating certain types of toolbar buttons on Red Hat 4 vintage GTK
installations.

The Coot built on CentOS 5.4 works fine at loading data from PHENIX.

Does PHENIX produce some sort of log of GUI events, stderr, whatnot?  Is
there a debugging mode that would output more information?
