[phenixbb] C and C++

Hi Hena,
In case you are asking here because you want to develop something based on 
phenix:
work with Python first. It is MUCH easier and you can do almost anything; there 
may
be some things that are too slow when done only from Python, but it is usually
straightforward to "optimize later".
