[phenixbb] Can phenix calculate R factor based on the only given mtz file containing Fo and Fc?

  Hi Hailiang,

I just wrote a trivial Python script that does it:

http://cci.lbl.gov/~afonine/r_factor_script/

To run:

- edit to give proper file name and expected labels;
- run

phenix.python run.py

It will print the R-factor.
