[phenixbb] AutoMR error

Hi,

Could you send the log file (not necessarily to the list)?  The interesting one would be

AutoMR_run_*_/AutoMR_run_*_1.log

This might give a hint about where you're running out of memory.  Phaser has gradually been getting better in its memory usage, so I'm surprised that something that worked before isn't working now.
