I'm sorry for the problem! I don't recognize this error (the message solve
is giving you is just saying that it has finished, unfortunately).

Can you possibly (off-list) send me your input script and the output log
file and I'll have a look?

Or even better, try running phenix.autosol on the data and perhaps that
will solve the problem!
