Hi Abhinav,

Here is an example.

 > cat WORK_1/alignment.ali
## TARGET coord
# hhsearch
scores_from_program: 0 1.00
0 AQLMDMRD

--

(the -- at the end is included in the file)

You can also use one with just 4 lines (sculptor format):

> title text for sequence of target to follow
VDFNGYWKMLSNENFEEYLRALDVNVALRKIANLLKPDKEIVQDGDHMIIRTLSTFRNYIMDFQVGKEFEEDLTGIDD
> title text for sequence of template (supplied PDB) to follow
