[phenixbb] re-building chains

Hi, how exactly can one tell Autobuild to rebuild-in-place chains A and 
B from the input model, but build chain C de-novo?
If I give it list of chains to re-build (rebuild_near_chain="A B" in 
GUI, dev-874 version), what happens is that either all chains are 
rebuild-in-place (if rebuild-in-place=True) or all chains are built 
de-novo (if rebuild-in-place=False).
