I couldn't reproduce this - it says this near the top of the summary output:

   Automatic (best predicted) search order WILL NOT be used

Can you send me the .eff file for the job?

One thing you can do to work around whatever is happening in your case
is to search for just the first domain initially, then use that
solution as a starting point for additional searches for the other
domains.

Sorry, this one may be my fault - the captions got reversed.  If you
select "Fast" it will actually do the full search, and vice-versa.
Fixing this now.
