Dear all,

I'm trying to run phenix.mr_model_preparation in phenix 1.8-1069 with a .hhr file but it fails with 

Reading homology search file: 4671015.hhr
Sorry: Uninterpretable: 'Q ss_pred             cccccchHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHhhhchheEEE    etc.


Could somebody point me to the right direction, please?
