Hi,
I think that you can get around the error by making sure the file
  exptl_fobs_phases_freeR_flags.mtz
is in the directory where you run the script.

  Hi

 I am trying to calculate iterative-build omitmap. Initially program run
all 126 omit region and
created map coeffs file in corresponding TEMPO subdirectory and unable to
create final
combined map and this reduce program is running three days without
creating the final map.

 I am trying to run combine_map  script separately with all omit region
coeffs file  and I got the
following error:
