[phenixbb] Rwork Rfree Bonds Angles

Dear All,
 
During Phenix refinement, it request the Rwork and Rfree graduately decrease (at least no increase). But there is no request that the Bonds (should be RMS?) and the Angles (should also be RMS?) should graduately decrease. Am I right?
