Since you've already used SFALL to get F's from the map in the first 
place, I suggest using CCP4's MAPROT in order to put the map into the 
target unit cell.  This might be a lot cleaner in the end, given how 
you're going to have to change the internal symmetry of your existing 
map-derived F's in the new unit cell context.
