[phenixbb] cv convert to mtz file

Hi Majid,

I had no problems converting cbh1_c10a.cv into MTZ using Phenix 
"Reflection file editor".
To convert he other one (cbh1_fg34.cv) you need to add CRYST1 record 
similarly to cbh1_c10a.cv.

Make sure you use recent version of Phenix..
