[phenixbb] on importing CIF structure factors and cutting out density

Dear Smith,

you probably mean 'mmCIF' rather than CIF. Both formats are plain text
files with human readable descriptions of their content. Take a look
at your (mm)CIF file and you should be able to figure out whether it
contains the information required for the generation of an electron
density map.
