[phenixbb] get_cc_mtz_pdb for neutron data table

Hi Maxime,

you can use

phenix.real_space_correlation model.pdb data.mtz scattering_table=neutron

for this. Or just use "Comprehensive validation" in Phenix GUI that will 
give you these plots.
