[phenixbb] Weird problem of Coot fetch PDB&Map using PDB_redo

Dear Xiao,

maybe the location of the PDB_redo server is wrongly set in the Linux
binaries? Could you check if the folder coot-download contains the
respective PDB files and if they are in fact text files containing the
link Coot tried to access?
