[phenixbb] labelit compatibility with mosflm

I tried to use LABELIT for the first time. I am using the version that
comes with Phenix-dev-1951 (automatically installed through sbgrid). The
program found some promissing solutions, but ends with the error:

mosflm versions after 7.1.0 not supported
It also doesn't seem to know ALS beamline 8.3.1

Any suggestions how to deal with this?
