[phenixbb] reattach jobs

Hi André,

The GUI can only re-attach jobs that are started from the GUI. That is
because the GUI stores some tracking information about the job (e.g. the
process id) that is used in managing that job. So in the future, please use
the GUI for running your jobs if you want to view the results in the GUI.
