- first of all, the version 1.24 is too old, so I would stop using it
now and get the latest development version that came out a few days ago:<br>

- yes, phenix.refine does bulk solvent correction and anisotropic
scaling at the very end. Although I don't remember, but it's very
likely that it wasn't the case for 1.24 version. <br>
