<p>I am having an issue during refinement when using Phenix Refine. Every time I try to "update waters" it does not place or update the waters. My structure is 2.72 A. Is the resolution not good enough for this feature? <br>
</p>

<p>If anyone has ideas, or if I need to supply more information, I would be happy to oblige as I am fairly new to the field and still learning.<br>
