I am trying to solve a structure with D-amino acids. After refinement when I check the Molprobity results, I find a lot of C-beta outliers (a snapshot is appended below). I also get clashes between the carbonyl group of one residue and the side chain of the
other. Any suggestion would be really helpful. <br>
