Dear Ralf,
uname -m is giving "x86_64"
I just checked the installer for dev_944 version and apparently I used
phenix-installer-dev-944-intel-linux-2.6-x86_64-fc15 instead of 16.
hasan-
just to be sure we're not missing something obvious, doesuname -mgive you "x86_64"?did you use phenix-installer-dev-944-intel-linux-2.6-x86_64-fc16before?On Sat, Feb 4, 2012 at 7:48 PM, Hasan Demirci <demircha99@gmail.com> wrote:

_______________________________________________Hi Folks,
I just finished updating phenix-dev-944 to phenix-dev-975 version on Fedora Core 16 OS intel quad-core machine.
When I run phenix from terminal "phenix.refine"
I am receiving the following error message "Illegal instruction (core dumped)".
This is the first time I saw this error.
All the other programs run fine except phenix.
I downloaded and installed it twice to see if it was an error of download but it still gives the same message.
Is it an installation error or is it a bug in this version?
Thanks.
