Hi Lisa,

Right now either way you give it to phenix.autosol it will be interpreted as (A,B) with ncs_copies of (A,B), and ncs_copies specified separately by you or guessed by the software. I think I will change it however so that if you put in n copies of sequence A and m copies of sequence B, it will think it is (nA,mB) and calculate solvent content accordingly.

Phenix will ask for the protein sequence when we create a new project. I try to solve my complex by the Autosol in phenix with proteins sequence. My complex contains 2 molecule A and 3 molecule B. How can I give the sequence in phenix? will it should be:
