[phenixbb] Chain id of water is not reading by coot

Dear Friends, I have 7 chains in my pdb file. When I am reading the pdb file in COOT, for some reason the chain id(W) of water is not coming in the list. I clicked on 'draw' and then 'go to atom'. I can see all other chains but not W. I created water in PHENIX Is there any wrong in my pdb?
