Hi James,
I'm trying to make a polder map for a dataset that is refined with a twin law. As such, the R-factors reported during the polder procedure are much higher than those I get out of refinement.
looks like polder map tool can't deal with twining at the moment.
Is there a way to pass the twin law as in the composite omit procedure (https://www.phenix-online.org/documentation/reference/composite_omit_map.htm...
Yes, there is a parameter twin_law that you can specify when running phenix.composite_omit_map. In the GUI there is a field to specify the twin law. Pavel
