Dear Phenix community,
I was wondering whether you experienced previously this problem. I'm running the 1.17.1-3600 version under ubuntu 16. when I do refinment and try to add ions an error message appear :
out = cStringIO.StringIO()
NameError: global name 'cStringIO' is not defined
CAUGHT EXCEPTION: (argument #559)
ARGUMENT LEADING TO EXCEPTION: 6099
