[phenixbb] rosetta_refine connecting non-consecutive residues around break in chain

Hello, can one prevent rosetta_refine from connecting two residues that surround a gap? For example, how do I keep near-by residues 108 and 115 apart when 109 through 114 are missing? Thank you. Wolfram Tempel
