Hi Rebecca, Hmmm....it should work! I just tried this with a scalepack unmerged datafile: phenix.autosol p9_se_w2.sca cell="113.949 113.949 32.474 90.000 90.000 90.00" seq_file= p9-seq.dat which ran, and I know the cell got in there because of this: phenix.autosol show_facts|grep cell cell 113.949 113.949 32.474 90.0 90.0 90.0 cell_set 113.949 113.949 32.474 90.0 90.0 90.0 Let me know if this doesn't help (you might check to make sure you have at least the phenix 1.3-final version too). All the best, Tom T Thomas C. Hi phenixers:
Is there a way to use the Autosol Wizard with unmerged data from Scalepack? I can’t get it to recognize the ‘cell’ keyword.
Thanks in advance,
Rebecca
