For those of you in the US, you might want to know that NIH issued a Request for Information about their National Resources and Biomedical Technology Optimization and Dissemination programs:

Unfortunately, it closes tomorrow, but it is a short form. They are interested in experiences with existing resources, but are most interested in hearing ideas for expanding the programs to new technologies. Currently funded resources can be found here:
