This version is quite old (from July last year). Could you please try with the latest development version from the phenix web site (release 1.4-3)? Let us know if you still get the same error. Note that the old and the new release can co-exist. There is no need to remove the old version. Just make sure you source the phenix_env of the version you want to use. Ralf
