Dear Pavel, thanks for your swift answer! I remembered Gerard Kleywegt's "xpand", that just takes a PDB as input, and I just compiled that (and the other USF programs) from source (https://github.com/martynwinn/Uppsala-Software-Factory). So, my original problem is solved. Best wishes, Kay
