Hi Fred,
I have generated an mtz file with phenix.composite_omit_map.
It has labels assigned as 2mFo-DFC for F and PH2mFo-DFC for P.
Now, I would like to generate a map file.
phenix.mtz2map map_coefficients.mtz will do this. MTZ files contain Fourier map coefficients and the above program will FT them into actual map and output in CCP4 format. This is available in the GUI too.
I was trying to convince phenix.maps to use this mtz file to do that, however it didn't seem to like the labels.
This is meant to take Fobs and model and compute various maps, as described in the documentation. Good luck, Pavel
