Hi, The 2mFo-DFc map shows where the model should go, and the mFo-DFc map shows where the model is missing (where this map is positive) and where the model should not be but is (where it is negative). I hope that helps! -Tom T
hi,everybody, By phenix.refine outputde two likelihood-weighted maps: 2mFo-DFc and mFo-DFc.When they were displayed in coot, There is a vast difference between them, why? Thanks
