Hi, if your input data file contains Fobs+ and Fobs-, phenix.refine will automatically generate anomalous differences map. It will be in your *_map_coeffs.mtz file with some obvious labels containing "anom" (along with all other maps). Pavel. On 9/10/09 12:50 PM, crystallogrphy wrote:
