Hi<br>I was using phenix.autoMR and when it tried to go on to autobuild the job ended with the following error message <br><br>AutoBuild Input failed<br>can only concatenate list (not &quot;str&quot;) to list<br><br>There are two molecules in the asymmetric unit.&nbsp; I tried running phenix.autobuild with the output pdb from molecular replacement and got the same message.&nbsp; The file looks OK to me though.<br>
