Hi - Anyone have a script to convert phenix .mtz output so I can read in maps in xfit? I still find xfit handy for a few things.
It depends on what you want to convert it to. phenix.mtz2map will generate maps for all sets of map coefficients in an MTZ file, in either CCP4 (by default) or XPLOR format. I've never used Xfit, but I assume it must read at least one of these. -Nat
