Is there a way to do the equivalent of CNS's model_anneal
You could try phenix.refine with simulated_annealing=True wxc_scale=0, but I don't think we've tried this before... See also: http://phenix-online.org/download/documentation/cci_apps/structure_refinemen... Look for "wxc_scale". Ralf
