Dave,

it looks like problem with one of the input files you use. If you send me all files and tell me how to reproduce the problem then I might be able to be more specific in diagnosing the problem.

Hi all,

Did you find a resolution to this problem? I just got the same error.
What prompted it was including a new ligand that I created files (.pdb, .cif, .etc)  for using eLBOW from either an .sdf file or a smiles string.

Thanks,

Dave

Hi Ursula,

most likely this is an admittedly obscure indication of the fact that some of input files that you gave to phenix.refine is corrupted in some way. If you send me all inputs (and tel how you run the program) then I will try to figure out.

mmCIF file must contain at least one data block when trying to run readyset or phenixrefine

I cannot find anything wrong wqith my input files. What is the problem?
