Hi Ed, volume scaling - simply normalizing map coefficients by unit cell volume (as opposed to normalizing by standard deviations, which "sigma scaling"). Pavel On 3/6/13 7:43 PM, Edward A. Berry wrote:
map scaling can be defined: sigma or volume scaled
Maybe another dumb question, but what is volume scaling? For 2mFo-DFc and mFo-DFc maps.
Thanks, Ed _______________________________________________ phenixbb mailing list [email protected] http://phenix-online.org/mailman/listinfo/phenixbb
