Sorry, that was simply a flaw in the procedure building the CCI Apps binary bundles. I added the missing files to the bundles yesterday. I.e. if you download again, the problem should be gone. Alternatively, you can copy $PHENIX/mmtbx/mmtbx/monomer_library/*.cif from Phenix 1.3rc2 into cci_apps_sources/mmtbx/mmtbx/monomer_library. BTW: If you have 1.3rc2 you don't really need CCI Apps. Ralf
