- first of all, the version 1.24 is too old, so I would stop using it now and get the latest development version that came out a few days ago:

- yes, phenix.refine does bulk solvent correction and anisotropic scaling at the very end. Although I don't remember, but it's very likely that it wasn't the case for 1.24 version.

I think I didn't explain myself properly, of course I want to do bss, but we have noticed that previous versions of phenix (1.24 I think) did bss once per macro cycle and now with the newer versions, we get the same plus a final bbs cycle at the end of the whole process -shown in red- Is that final cycle introduced by default in the newer versions?
