Somehow I always get strange python errors when using the gui, so I am running everything from command line.<br></blockquote><div><br></div><div>What were the errors?  I can&#39;t fix these unless I know about them - and it is nearly impossible to catch everything myself, since they often arise from specific inputs, parameter combinations, or computer setups.</div>
